Modify lte_ble_gateway to work with aws_iot

Hello,

lte_ble_gateway by way of mqtt-bridge-mosquitto is getting data to aws iot.
aws_iot on its own is working great with nRF9160DK.
Checking to see if maybe there's already a working example of lte_ble_gateway pointing to aws iot using code from aws_iot,
instead of the default to nrfcloud.

We actually do not have an example for using the lte_ble_gateway sample with aws_iot instead of nrf cloud. 

The sample you referred only support nRF cloud. But it should not be a problem to add the AWS IoT library to it. You can check this nRF9160: AWS IoT — nRF Connect SDK 1.9.1 documentation (nordicsemi.com) AWS:_IoT documentation. This samples shows the communication between AWS IoT message broker and nRF9160 based device over MQTT.
