No coretexM sw device found

Hi iam using nrf52840 dk board and for programming i use keil software ,the issue is i could not program the dk board and it is a brand new board. When I try to program it it shows No CortexM SW device found as below.

Then I tried to recover the board using nrfgo studio there i got the error as below

Then when i tried to reset the pin the below error happens

Then i tried downloading the nrf command line tool and tried to recover the device there and then there i  got the errors as listed below

Then I tried with recover with logging there i got the log as below

I could not even erase the device and when i connect the usb the  jlink is detected there is no problem in that. Any thoughts on this issue kindly share.

Is the nRF itself powered? Ie. have you at some point cut the solder bridge and forgot to set a jumper on the "nRF current measurement" header near the usb connector?

yes it is powered on.

No , no wire was cut.

Could you check if you have the latest segger drivers and nrfjprog installed?

"nrfjprog -v" shows your installed versions.

 

The latest nrfjprog version is v10.15.4:

https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nrf-command-line-tools/download

This also includes a newer segger jlink driver.

yes i have the latest nrfjprog installed v10.15.4

but how to find which is the version of segger link driver i have installed?

Hi,

 

You have a fairly new installation of JLink segger, v7.54a.

This is good.

 

Could you try connecting with "J-Link Commander" and see if this gives a more detailed output?
