NRF51 Segger Programming

I am trying to program custom boards with the NRF51822 using an ARM-Flasher with no success. Using J-Flash I can connect to the device properly, program and verify the hex, but the application never runs (I can't find the Nordic device using bluetooth). I get the same results if I program the device using nrfjprog.

Programming the same custom board by jumping wires from the dev board and programming from Keil works fine. The flash is programmed and the application runs (we can find and connect to the bluetooth device).

Has anyone had this issue before or have any idea what I could be missing?

We have been using J-Flash internally on dev kits and we have seen no problems. I think Segger uses same way to communicate with nrf51 chips within their different products.

Are you flashing some application without softdevice? It is best to get standalone example like blinky work on your board before trying out any other complicated tasks.
