Change nus service from notifications to indications

Hi everybody,

I want to modify the Tx characteristic on Nus service to Indicate.

Keeping if is possible Rx characteristic as notification.

Are there some tutorial or example doing this on the SDK 1.7.0?

I think that i need to modify nus.c/h and nus_client.c/h, if somebody could suggest me the basics steeps or parameters of functions to make it possible i will be very gratefull.

Hello,

Very few use indication, because it doesn't have any advantage over notification. All data in BLE are reliably transferred on link layer in the order they are written in both cases. That said, if you want to use indication instead of notification, I suggest to check out the message sequence charts for the two:

Thank you kenneth, but i need have totally control on flow control, that is why i need indications, regards.
