What is the difference between NRF24L01P and NRF24L01? Are they electrically and physically interchangable?

We cannot find the  NRF24L01 in the market, only  NRF24L01P. before we order can anyone tell if they are the same?

The nRF24L01P is drop-in compatible with the nRF24L01, both mechanical, functional and electrical.
