Can I replace 4.7uf to a larger cap?

Hi Nordic，

I am using nrf52840 custom board. May I ask, can I replace 4.7uf near VDDH and VBUS pins to a larger cap, like 10uF? As far as I can see, these caps are only for stabilizing the voltage. Would you please confirm? Thanks!

It should work but it's not that apt a solution. Why do you wish to replace?
