I want to develop C# program to discover, connect and read rssi by using nRF52840 dongle pca10059.

As Title and below figure

When I use nRF51422 dongle pca10031 , the Network Availability can discover , connect and read device rssi.

Here, I want to use nRF pca10059 in Network Availability, How to implement.

I know use MasterEmulator dll. But it doesn't work by using nRF52840 dongle pca10059.

What approach should I implement discover, connect and read rssi by using nRF52840 dongle pca10059.in C# program?

Sorry, but the masteremulator is not supported anymore.

I suggst you check out BT shell (the link is for the nRF5340, but should also be possible on the nR52840 USB dongle, though I don't think we have anything for the nRF51 dongle):

1. Use nRF Connect SDK (v1.8.0, at time of publishing) to nRF52840 pca10059 dongle and follow link step?

2. By pass  nRF Connect Bluetooth Low Energy, Do you have any manual method to verify discover, connect and read rssi

by using nRF52840 dongle pca10059?

There are many ways you can do what you want to do. I don't have any specific recommendations, it should be normal development work to achieve this.

But, Finally When I implement it, I discover that's not what i want

Because I want to use nRF52840 dongle pca10059 to check my product rx test.

This case is show tx test.

I reorganize the step what I want and use  nRF52840 dongle pca10059 to implement C# program .

 

1. Use nRF Connect  and DFU Bluetooth Low Energy to nRF52840 dongle pca10059.

2. see figure 

For figure ,Could you provide any manual method?
