Antenna with depth rating of 1000m

Hi,

I want to use the nRF9160 in a project, where I need the antenna attached to the nRF9160 to be able to handle being 1000m below the sea-surface.
It is an AUV that collects data, and goes up to the surface to transmit data to shore.

So far I have not found any antennas that can handle the depth without becoming permanently damaged by the dive, does anyone have any tips for where I can look for it?

Sorry it seems like I was not clear. The antenna will only transmit data while at the surface.
To ensure I have the antenna far enough over the surface of the water while transmitting it would be the most practical to mount it at the top of the AUV.

The problem with the antennas I have looked at is that they are crushed by the pressure during the dive, rendering them unusable once the AUV goes up to the surface to transmit data

As far as I know, we do not have any experience with such a use case. I suggest that you contact antenna manufacturers instead and ask if any of their antennas is suitable for such a use case.
