when use direction Rx and Tx, the problem is in Rx,Enable receiving of CTE...failed (err -22),where is the prblem?and how to solve it?

I use the NCS version 1.9.0 with SES.I build and flsah  successfully.I use the antenna array with 4x4,about 16 antennas.

In Tx,i use the Putty to debug serial.there is it;s output.
