How to use ANT+ on nRF5340?

Hello,

We have a fitness application that employs concurrent use of ANT+ and BLE communications on an nRF52840, that we wish to port to the nRF5340. The product brief for the nRF5340 claims ANT support, so this should be possible, but I can't figure out how to do it. Which softdevice or stack supports ANT on the nRF5340? Or even better: can you point me to a sample application for the nRF5340 that illustrates how to use ANT on that chip?

Questions posted on the ANT forum of thisisant.com regarding ANT support for the nRF5340 unfortunately go unanswered.

Thank you!

Mark

  • Thanks, I will have a look soon. I already have a working arduino based "Arduino Sports Tracker" (which is an ANT+ sensors data recorder running on an Adafruit nrf52840 Express Feather wielding some GPS and barometric elevation sensor FeatherWing), it would be cool to be able to port that to nRF53 and get the chance to transmit audio cue prompts to my Bluetooth headset to be able to follow structured workouts without reading screens. :)
