Open nrf sdk project failed,SyntaxEroor :uable to parse json string.how to solve it?

When i try to use SES to build my project.there is error.The enviroment i confige as descrblied. them i use toochainmanger in nrf connect tools,the error is as the same as the prior.

ok,i open the nrf connect SDK project ,the is err above.I see that there is no ncs version and can't get the directory of NCS.

I also install the zephyr as zephyr project,is this problem?

So I assume you have installed nRF Connect for Desktop by downloading it from here. Then you have opened the Toolchain Manager, downloaded an NCS version, and opened the version in question using SES. Then you've opened a project using the "File" dropdown menu, then pressed "Open nRF Connect SDK Project".

What you mean by this however I do not understand. Did you follow the steps I described above?

I try as you describled.but there is the same error.

Before,i have install serial the app such as Progrommer.I open toolchain Manager,then open SES.

the next i click the files,finnaly open the NRF connect sdk project.The error is the same sa  what i refer.

I see. Could you try reinstalling NCS? I believe there is something wrong with your installation.

Hi!

I have the same problem. I reinstalled everything: NCS, SES, SDK.

Also removed folders: .nrfconnect-apps, appdata\local\SEGGER, appdata\roaming\nrfconnect.

The problem still here

is a problem about NCS?or  it may be their design problem.i update  all my zeophyr project.before i instal l the Zephyr as it's website describle ,i can use the SES to build my project about  direction Rx and  Tx.when i download the Zephyr in Zephyr get started.the link is here.i think the problem may be here.may be enviroment problem.or other else.do you try as this?

the picture is my latest zephyr version  not by NCS .

theZephyr has no toolchain,may be i want to install it.and i can't get full tool about it .i use the command line tool to build my project.i think it may more comvience.but it can't to change the source code by gui.

In other words,i think is cmake or ninja configuration problem.I notice that there is nop NCS revision an dNCS toolchain.It may be the most problem.
