Nrfcloud eternally spinning when trying to activate a nrf9160dk board.

I'm trying to get my nrf9160dk board up and running with the nrfcloud service. However, when I input the SIM ICCID and PUK, the nrfcloud site starts it's "working" process and just sits there forever (I've left it for a couple hours, but figured things won't change at that point).  I have also tried skipping the step and using the IMEI+PIN, but that doesn't work either.  

I'm running the asset_tracker_v2 firmware.  I've updated the modem firmware to 1.3.1.  In the LTE Link Monitor, the LTE icon oscillates between yellow and red. 

Is there something else I can try to get this board working?

Hi Seth,

Your SIM card seems not been actived. Can you try at a different time or network(like a mobile network from your phone)?
