Where could I find examples of applications for BLE5 and testing the new nRF21540DK board? And documentation about them?

See the radio test example and BLE NUS peripheral example. They both support the nRF21540 DK.

I see it's based on nRF Connect SDK and Zephyr. From older cases I have read that new devices have support over nRF Connect SDK and not over nRF5 SDK. However, I must admit that I don't have a clear idea of the present status, so I have to ask you the next: does it exist any more recent example of adding the nRF21540 device to a RF5 SDK 17.1.0 project?

Hi,

The nRF21540 is not supported in nRF5SDK. There is a driver for the FEM included in the newest SDK but it does not support all the features of the device nor is it complete. It could work as a starting point for making your own driver for the FEM.
