nRF Serial Mesh Interface under Zephyr

There is a serial interface in the nRF SDK that makes it easy to serialize mesh data over serial

Does anything like this exist under Zephyr?

Unfortunately, we don't have anything similar in the nRF Connect SDK at the moment.
