has anyone got mqtt keepalive > 30 minutes working?

I have been trying to get mqtt to stay connected without activity for more than 30 minutes. any keepalive value over 30 minutes just results in mqtt discoonection. tried with and without TLS, multiple different mqtt platforms, with and without PSM but the nothing works.

Wondering anyone here has it working and can help.
