nRF5340 two stage bootloader + Encrypted image FOTA not working

Hi All,

I have encrypted app_update.bin manually and perform FOTA with single stage bootloader and it is working as expected.

Now I have enabled Two stage bootloader and perform FOTA with manually encrypted app_update.bin  but it is not working. It is not even showing any error and does not perform FOTA. 

Question:

1) Does FOTA with Encrypted image works with nRF5340 two stage bootloader or not ?

2) Signed image can be upgraded but encrypted image could not be updated with FOTA. Any information about two stage bootloader FOTA  for nRF5340?

Hi Siddharth

I do not think we support two stage bootloader for encrypted images.
To be sure, I will ask our developers. However, since it is Easter, I expect an answer from them next week.
I will return by more information by end of Thursday next week.
