the problem about nrf51822 program error?

    my customer using nrf51822 DK to have debugging software,the error occur in the attachment.

can you tell me something have Caused this problem?

Hi,

It may be that the device is in SYSTEMOFF mode. In this mode, the debugger interface is detached, and you may have a hard time re-programming the device.

What I suggest is to do a recover via nrfjprog: start up cmd.exe, and type "nrfjprog --recover"
