devzone.nordicsemi.com doesn't load unless I disable IPv6

I'm on a Comcast cable modem connection.  When I've tried to pull up this site over the past few days, I've gotten "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred."  This happens regardless of what computer/browser I'm using (I've tried several).

When I looked in the Chrome debugger, Network tab, I saw: Remote Address: [2606:4700:10::6814:fb6f]:443

Then I told my computer to disable IPv6 (only use a link local address, not SLAAC) and the site started working again.  So I can access devzone over IPv4 but not IPv6.

Every other IPv6 site, such as Google, worked fine on my setup.  When I visit ip6.me I see a valid address.

This site used to work fine last week.  I didn't notice at the time whether it was using IPv4 or IPv6.

I don't think my subnet is supposed to be IP banned, since this is my only Nordic account and it's still working.  Also, everybody here loves me Grin

  • Unfortunately this did not work.  So far I've tried:

    • Comcast residential IPv6 range (I have a /60 so I tried accessing from different /64 subnets)
    • A different IPv6 address on my mobile carrier
    • Yet another IPv6 range from a VPS service

None of these give me the "blocked" message that other users are reporting.  Instead, I just get a 500 Internal Server Error.  This leads me to believe that it's a different misconfiguration that affects anyone connecting over IPv6, not just specific address ranges.
