Can nRF5 SDK for Thread and Zigbee v3.2.0 be upgraded to nRF5 SDK for Thread and Zigbee v4.2.0 via OTA?

Hi,

From nRF5 SDK for Thread and Zigbee v4.0.0 release notes:

- OTA DFU: Migration from the nRF5 SDK for Thread and Zigbee version
  earlier than v4.0.0 is not supported.

So no, OTA from v3.2.0 to v4.2.0 is not supported.
