   I'm having troubles when I try to get the SUPL download link. The first time my license request gets rejected and now I don't get any response

Your SUPL license rejection was due to a known bug with the SUPL licenses, as there are some issues with this process. I contacted the person in charge of the licenses, and you should now have gotten a mail with access, as we added your application manually. Sorry for the inconvenience.
