Driver error with Dongle

Hi Team,

we are working on  smart remote 3 implementation  using nRF52832  with Windows 10 pro operating system.

we tried to connect this remote with laptop using the given Dongle.

when we insert Dongle to USB socket, the drivers did not get installed.

instead its showing driver error.

so, help us to pair the remote with PC.

Hi,

According to the Bill of Material document (BOM) in Smart Remote 3 Hardware files, the dongle is part number is BTDG-40S-BLK from Avantree. According to the "Driver" tab on their webpage, the dongle should work with the native Bluetooth driver in Windows 10, but if you have upgraded from Windows 7 you may need to install the driver.
