I have 1 nce card. 

Can I connect in RFcloud with 1 nce sim instead of ibasis ?

You should be able to connect to the nRF cloud with your SIM card.

Hi,

When you click on "+" to add new LTE device in nRF Cloud, you should be able to see the "Skip this step" option.
