PSM on mobile devices?

I am wondering if a modem is allowed to move around while in PSM state? (LTE-M connection)

Does wakeup from PSM still work as expected when a device has moved far enough to wakeup in the area of a different basestation/antenna mast?

Do the power estimations from the Nordic profiler tool remain valid in that scenario?

Yes it is possible.

Waking up from PSM works as expected as long as your network operator of sim card supports PSM

Yes ,power profiler is valid in those above scenarios.
