Radio Notifications and Advertising Random Delay (as per BLE spec)

I just wanted to verify, if I used Radio Notifications to inform my code before an advertising broadcast, does the event trigger pre or post the addition of the Adv Random Delay thats added (0-10msec).    I want to broadcast some timing information, and I rely on the Radio Notifications to be able to characterize any system delays.  However, I won't be able to account for the Adv Random Jitter its added Post-Radio Notification event.

I hooked a dev kit to toggle a GPIO on each Advertising Radio event.  I can see the Random Jitter on the scope, which means the Interrupt triggers post-addition of the 0-10msec random delay

Yes, I can confirm that the Radio Notification signal happens t_ndist before the actual radio activity, as scheduled by the SoftDevice. Advertising events are accurately scheduled including the random delay, and the radio notification should happen by the configured NRF_RADIO_NOTIFICATION_DISTANCE before the radio turns on for the radio event. In the Radio Notification signals figures, the "radio activity" blocks can be any radio event, including sending an advertising packet.
