BLE component/ NRF5340

Hello, 
I'm looking for a BLE module with its integrated antenna that works with NRF5340
so far i didn't find something using Nrf5340 other then the UBlox Nora B-106 
All the other Ble Module that i found are working with Nrf52833 like ISP1807-LR-RSS

But i have only found 2 modules that support NRF5340:
ISP2053-AX-RS and ISP2053-Ax-JT

In my case the BT is 2.5GHZ and need to cover until 5Meters of range 

what do you suggest me to use please ?

i ended up dicovering new product range that i didn't know before 
and i made my choices based on technical specs
