Can't debug nRF52810 using Keil µVision V5.36.0.0 and PCA10026 as segger

- I Can't debug nRF52810 using Keil µVision V5.36.0.0 and PCA10026 as segger. I get the message: "No Cortex-M Device found in JTAG chain."

- Using the Programmer v3.0.0 that comes with nRF Connect for Desktop V3.11.0  I can flash & read the nRF52810 RF52810 using the same PCA10026 as segger.

- Debugging for example nRF51422 using same Keil and PCA10026 works just fine.

Does anybody have a suggestion on how to solve the problem?

FLASH/configure flash tool/debug/settings
