bluetooth of my phone(or PC) paired but after 5 second disconnected

Hi

I work with nrf52840 and use ble_app_uart. When I want to connect DK with my bluetooth of my phone (I don't want to use nrf _connect app), paired but after 5 second disconnect. In personal Android software that works with Bluetooth, it doesn't pair at all.

can you help me please?

Hello,

Are you able to provide an on-air sniffer log for the two cases? E.g. using ellisys, frontline or nrf sniffer for ble.
