nRF52833 Unknown function at 0x0007521E

Hello, 

I'm trying to test example "blinky" using nRF52833 board with PCA10100. I used the pca10056 example (10100 don't exist ), and got the "Unknown function at 0x0007521E" . I don't know if the problem is with the board or the code (i'm using Segger). Pls help.
