1.I see that nRF52820 has the following two packages

2.nRF52820-CFAA-D-R7

3.nRF52820-CFAA-D-R

4.I would like to confirm whether nRF52820 has a package name:

nRF52820-CFAA-R

5.If there is nRF52820-CFAA-R fact that nRF52820-CFAA-R encapsulates changes to nRF52820-CFAA-D-R, please provide me with the encapsulation change description file

Looking at the SoC revisions and variant overview, I can find that there was no revision 2 of the CFAA variant (likely the CFAA was relased after revision 3 was introduced):
