nRF5340 internal capacitance accuracy

Dear Support Team, What is the accuracy of the internal capacitance of nRF5340? The datasheet and devzone didn't find the answer.

Hello Zero, 
 
 We do not have any specific value of accuracy of the internal capacitance. 
 
 According to our IC expat , With the uncalibrated values of internal oscillators can have accuracy of +/-15% across full PVT (process, voltage and temperature). But following the guidelines described in section 4.12.1.1 (Using internal capacitors) of the product specification, it can be improved up to +\-5%. you can find exact capvalue ( internal capacitance should be in between 7.0 pF and 20.0 pf in 0.5 pf steps). Then you would get accuracy approx <+/- 5%.
