Unable to download nRF SDKv1.9.1 in Mac

While downloading nRF SDKv1.9.1 using toolchain manager, I get error.

https://developer.nordicsemi.com/.pc-tools/toolchain/ncs-toolchain-v1.9.1-20220304-728bbd5.dmg: not found

Could anyone please help here.

Thanks for the prompt reply, I got the file, but Now how do I install it. Do I install this separately, I am asking this because I got the above error while trying to download the SDK version 1.9.1 for MacOs.

Also I am getting an JLINK error on the log of toolchain manager

ERROR Failed to get the library versions: JLINKARM_DLL_COULD_NOT_BE_OPENED (Origin: "Failed to get module versions.")

So you are able to download the file in the web browser on your mac, but not in the toolchain manager on your mac?

Is this correct?

And both of this is with the same internet connection?
