nrf9160 What software is in the factory chip?

We are designing our own board based on the nrf9160.
Is there any boot loader in the nrf9160-sip, to load over a serial line?
Or do we have to realize the  SWD interface, to load the first software?
I could not find anything in the nrf9160 product spec.
