I am starting to develop an application using nrf5340 SoC. I have got two Audio DK and would like to begin my development using nRF Connect SDK.
However, I was wondering if the new LE Audio technology is able to support Stereo Audio and Microphone input at the same time unlike Bluetooth Classic. I know from experience that there is no standard protocol in Bluetooth Classic for such a use case because of the limitations of the A2DP. However manufactures (gaming headsets) find a workaround using aptX in a non standard manner. (This is my understanding).
Are there experimental codes in your nrf Connect SDK which supports streaming high quality stereo Audio and Microphone at the same time (Bidirectional)? Is this use case possible with the new LE Audio specifications?
