nRF52840 DK 3.0.0

I have received a development kit from Farnell. It has version 3.0.0. When I connect an external target, I can't get a connection. It only recognises the onboard chip. An older version (1.1.0), on the other hand, recognises the external target. 

Is there a newer manual für this hardware release 3.0.0?

Hi John,

Sorry for the inconvenience. I am looking into this. Did you follow this? 

Could you make sure whether the supply voltage is detected on the Debug out connectors (P19 or P20)? If so, then it should detect the external board.

Hello Priyanka,
as I can see in the schematic of version 3.0.0, the signal (EXT_VTG) no longer exists in comparison to version 1.1.0. So no external hardware is recognised. However, I can flash the external hardware via Debug_in. I can't find a more up-to-date user guide than version 1.1.0.
Anyway. I close the issue.
