Init CHIP stack failed in light_bubl MATTER sample NRF SDK 2.0.0

I'm using a nrf52840dongle board with the prj_no_dfu.conf configuration with the following additions:

CONFIG_BOARD_HAS_NRF5_BOOTLOADER=n
CONFIG_CHIP_LIB_SHELL=y

CONFIG_LOG=y
CONFIG_LOG_MODE_MINIMAL=n
CONFIG_LOG_DEFAULT_LEVEL=4

CONFIG_SERIAL=y
CONFIG_CONSOLE=y
CONFIG_UART_CONSOLE=y

This is the output:

Matter samples in NCS don't currently support nRF52840 Dongle, but we added the support to the corresponding sample in the Matter upstream some time ago (haven't tested it in a while though). I'm not sure how you flash the firmware given that you set CONFIG_BOARD_HAS_NRF5_BOOTLOADER=n, but by default, the dongle comes with the open bootloader starting from 0xe0000 address which may overlap with the settings partition causing the settings to init error. In the upstream, we worked around that by adding the following partition manager static configuration: https://github.com/project-chip/connectedhomeip/blob/master/examples/lighting-app/nrfconnect/pm_static_nrf52840dongle_nrf52840_no_dfu.yml and setting CONFIG_PM_SINGLE_IMAGE=y.
