52840 dongle

I use PCA10059 demo board,receive BT data by" nrf connect for desktop",yesterday it is ok,but today when I plug it into my PC,it can't be recognized.and no any indicator, I want to know why, how to solve?

Hi

When you plug the Dongle into the computer, how does the LEDs act on the Dongle? You should be able to put it back into "bootloader mode" so that it is discoverable by the computer by pressing the side mounted button next to the white top mounted one. After pressing this button, the Dongle should show a red pulsing LED indicating it's in bootloader mode, and it should be discoverable in nRF Connect.

when plug into PC,all LEDs are off，no any reaction。

I want to restore factory Settings. How do I do that?

I assume what has happened is an accidental UICR erase. How to recover from that is also described towards the bottom of the Dongle Programming tutorial I linked to.

I use nrf connect for desktop->programer,but can't be recognized.and can't see any devices in "device Manager "either.
