In the SDK 15.0.0, there is not libuarte sample under peripheral folder, my customer use SDK 15.0.0 to maintain their product.
Is it OK to migrate libuarte(from sdk17.0.2 e.g.) to SDK15.0.0?

Hi,
Yes, libUARTE was improved in SDK v16.0 where it also was moved out of experimental and replaced the serial library. It should be ok to back port it SDK 15.0.0. I don't see any obvious problems, except that it might be a bit time demanding.
