nrf5340 Bluetooth speakers and mic

We are developing a device where we would like to include the bluetooth connectivity of the device with phone, to answer the calls and to listen to audio. We are using nrf5340 BLE in the device. We are thinking of using U-sound speaker ADAP UT-P2023 and T5848 Invensense microphone. We are okay to use open source codec. We want to use minimum of the components. 

Is CS47L35 necessary to use?

Is CS47L35 necessary to use?

The answer to your question depends on how you intend to input and output the audio to and from the nRF5340.
The CS47L35 is only used as an ADC/DAC on the Audio DK, so whether you need it or not will depend on what your microphone outputs and what your speaker requires as input.

We do not have any official microphone or speaker recommendations, since it will depend heavily on your use-case requirements.
Additionally, as long as they are compatible input/output wise it will not matter from the nRF5340's point of view.
