I'm looking for a product Bluetooth 5.2 Radio System-on-Chip (SoC) which is of automotive type, and their operating temperature ranges are (-40 to +125)

The nRF51824 is qualified for automotive use: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/nRF51824 It is AEC Q100 Grade 2 qualified, -40 to +105 °C

We do not have any ICs that are qualified for up to +125 °C
