RTC (Real Time Counter) or Application Timer example for nrf52840 in nRF_Connect_SDK

Hello, 

I want to keep perform some task periodically .. probably using tick timer / rtc / application timerof every 5 ms, to perform some task, without keeping the thread to sleep.

How do i implement it ?

Any API / example i can refer to ?

Hi,

The Zephyr RTOS Kernel provides a system clock, which you can use to define Timers. This runs off the RTC/32.768 kHz clock and works similar to the application timer library in nRF5 SDK.

I implemented my requirement using Timers API using Timer Expiry Function.
