flash erase speed when temperature is low or high

hi support team,

customer is finding that 832 erase page takes more time than normal conditions, that is when the temperature  is -20, erase speed is much slow.

as our spec it is between 2-89ms as below. but it is not clear about high temperature and low temperature impact on erase operation.

is there any material on this?

The worst case number should be across temperature.  Are they working directly with the NVMC or do they use the Softdevice Flash memory API?

89ms should be the worst case, but do we have detail on this?

Sorry, but I'm not sure what information you are looking for. Like I said, the max. number is across temperature. Also, the Softdevice would have triggered an assert if the erase time exceeded this worst case number.

the information i am looking for is for example the Discrete distribution of our erase time when temp is -40,and the when temp is +85.

Sorry, but we don't have any data on min max for specific temperatures, only for the entire temperature range.
