Nordic's cellular IoT SiP certification

I saw a news report on Nordic's official website that Nordic's NB products have passed the certification of Chinatelecom. I wonder if they have passed the certification of China Mobile? Although we can use the SIM card of China Mobile to register network and communication when developing products.
