Coap observe client and server using NCS

I have implemented the example Coap Client and Coap Server using NCS 1.9.1 on two nRF52840DKs  I would like to use the observer/observed  approach to update clients when a resource changes on the server.  Is this supported?  

I see there are such examples for older SDKs.  Are there any examples for NCS?

Hi,

The Zephyr CoAP library implements support for RFC7641: Observing Resources in the Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP), which I believe is what you are looking for? Have a look at coap_observer_init() and below functions.

I'm not aware of any examples that shows the usage of this API.
