Unfortunately, I could not find this demo anywhere.

I would recommend that you try to contact the author and ask, or possibly the awtk project itself.

 

You can also have a look at LVGL in zephyr:

https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-zephyr/tree/v2.7.99-ncs1/samples/subsys/display/lvgl

 

There's quite a few boards+displays that are supported with this framework.
