Unable to see the device name in NRFGo Studio

Hi,

I am working on NRF DK board as NRF52840, from that if I connect my board to my laptop its detecting, its showing the com port but if I open my NRFGO Studio, in that the nrf board is not showing, some error as occurred as " No board connected". please anyone help me on this.

Hi,

nRF Go is deprecated, meaning that it's outdated and not longer supported.

Use nRF Connect Desktop instead.

Thanks for the reply.

I have solved the issue. I installed the latest version of nrf tool installer, after installing the tool, its worked now.
