I am trying to use DTM to evaluate the output filter on our NRF52840 design. I am using the constant output mode and assume that the physical layer setting is not necessary to be set to anything.
I cannot seem to get the DTM software to program our production board greater than 0dBM. When I try to program at a higher level I get a single output and then it disappears and I cannot program anything until I reselect the device.
When I try 8dBm I get a red banner saying “Can not communicate with device. Make sure it is not in use by another application and that it has a Direct Test Mode compatible firmware.”
I then have to reboot the board.
Any ideas on how to program a higher level?
