nRF52840 dongel dont not recognized in the device manager

I have downloaded the nRF connect for PC and successfully managed wo work with the dongle using the BLE General tool but when I tried to use the power profiler tool probably the programing failed and now the device is not recognized in the device manager also the led is off .

Please help how to recover the dongle ,

Hi,

If you press the reset button and then plug it in, what do you see? Does it pop up under the device list in file explorer?

Hi,

Did you try building the project with the nRF52840dongle_nrf52840 board? Default for UART0 on the board is pin 20, and 24, so I would expect the logs to be printed on those pins.
