How to find nrf.exe

Hi,everybody！ When i install master control panel 3.10.0.14, i can't find nrf.exe in " C:\Program Files\Nordic Semiconductor\Master Control Panel\3.10.0.14\nrf ". Only nrfutil.exe. What should i do, thanks.
