I am trying to access (Nordicsemi.com) website for downloading NRF CONNECT DESKTOP and COMMEND LINE TOOL software. but site not open.

still banned website.

please release.

Ah okay, sorry about that. I thought this would be fixed already.

Unfortunately now I'll get back to you on this. We have entered the summer holiday period in Norway so staffing is low, so some delays should be expected. It might be that I won't be able to get this done for you before the 1st of August.

Until then I would recommend using a VPN.

This is due to the local ISP being placed on a IP block blacklist and Nordicsemi using that IP block blacklist from a spam blocking provider. I would urge Nordicsemi to be bit more careful on blanket bans and also follow correct expiring policy for blacklists.

A VPN will work and you can also switch ISPs to the one on your phone or other device.

If you direct message me the ISP that you are using I can point you at the IP blacklist/bans and then it can be resolved. Please use a direct message as I dont want to get into a naming and shaming row.

Your IP address should've been whitelisted, I'm not quite sure why it doesn't work. You're trying to access nordicsemi.com right? Does the other nordic sites such as https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/ and https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp work?

What is your IP address?

https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/ and https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp work both working, but  nordicsemi.com  this site only not working, IP address 106.51.2.54 my colleagues system also facing the issues.  Please kindly resolve  the issues.
