Need code for saadc with ble_app_uart combine code

Hi,

I am working with NRF52840, I need to read some sensor data or potentiometer data and that will transfer in tablet through Bluetooth. So i need a code for SAADC with ble_app_uart combined code, Please anyone help me on this. I tried many ways but i couldn't write the code. I am waiting for your reply. Please provide me the combined code.
